Sometimes, Wikipedia entries are comedy gold, mostly when it comes to celebrities. Take the entry from Sam Sparro:

Sparro is openly gay [12] and has a Mexican-American boyfriend, Adrian, with whom he has been going out for two years. Adrian, who is in his mid-20s and from Arizona in the United States, also works as Sparro’s stylist. They also have two cats.

… or from Stephen Fry …

Fry currently lives in London with his partner, Daniel Cohen, whom he met in 1995. He famously drives a former 1988 London black cab. He also has a second home in West Bilney, near King’s Lynn, Norfolk.

I’m not really sure what irks me about those passages. Maybe the fact that they jump from relationships to possessions so abruptly, as if they’re somehow on the same level of importance. But hey – how are two cats relevant in describing a person?
