GUUUI: Motorola users are struggling with usability
According to a poll by the magazine Mobile, more than three quarters of Motorola mobile phone users would not buy another Motorola handset because they are too difficult to use.
Why does that not surprise me? Honestly, I love my RAZR for its sleek design, but the interface is both ugly and a pain to use. Never try to have more than 50 numbers in your address book: you simply won’t be able to find the right number in decent time.
No wonder that almost 80% users of a RAZR want to jump ship to another manufacturer. Motorola claims to be aware of the problems (come on: it’s not very new, why are they acting now?) and to have improved the interface.
So, can we have a firmware upgrade now?
